Stalling Tactics?
The guy's name is DeLay. Big L. Everybody knows this, and yet everybody writes Delay. I do a case-sensitive search-and-replace every time I get a story that mentions him. You should too.

I just flashed back to the old commercial: It's DeLightful.
It's DeLicious: He's DeLemon.
Perhaps it's because with all the court cases coming up the best he can do is a lot of delaying.
Regarding your last sentence in this post, "You should too," what is your policy now as far as using a comma before too or not? Do you see an increasing trend of leaving out this comma in phrases where too it comes at the end?
