Murder Suspect or Columnist?

The Sheridan Press does a decent job for a paper that small, but it has a really unfortunate style for laying out mug shots.

Surely it shouldn't matter which one was 15 or 16. If they are juveniles, their names shouldn't be in the paper at all.

I don't know about Wyoming, but I work in New Mexico, where it is legal to print names of juvenile criminal suspects. New Mexico newspapers, including the Albuquerque Journal, where I work, do so routinely.
